I know this article is old, but thanks for giving Blue Spring such a wonderfully written article. Having Cherokee ancestry, the Blue Spring will continue to fascinate me as the anomaly it is. If one is in need of a “religious experience”, this is the place to park yourself and find peace.

I got married there in September of 2007. The flowers were in full bloom then all around the spring and it was beautiful! I’m glad you got to visit. 🙂
