I grew up in Amarillo and felt like the canyon was my own. It’s always neat to hear the thoughts of people who visit for the first time. I’ve been countless times but every time that view opens up in front of me I nearly lose my breath.. Hope you get to return.

I enjoyed Amarillo when we drove through years ago. If I’d known there was such a beautiful park nearby, I would have stopped for a visit. I loved the photo ops. It’s not what I’d envision in Texas. I’d love to see the Texas musical, too. I love local entertainment that tells the story of a place. Adding this to my list of places to stop when I start RVing!
